Production Crew Chief

Responsibilities include managing and completing jobs according to SERVPRO® procedures. Setting up and establishing job flow, coordinating requirements for the job, supervising production work and follow assigned jobs from start to finish. The Crew Chief will also perform production work, estimates, and confirm estimates done by others. Sales and marketing activities such as add-on sales, security checks, and X-dating are also involved.

Physical requirements include heavy lifting and strenuous physical work, as well as willing to work in different environments, cold and hot. Must have basic educational skills, arithmetic, and ability to read street signs. A background in retail, service, or the construction industry is helpful.

Administrative Assistant

The Administrative Assistant must be proficient in all aspects of office work, including filing, data entry, customer relations, advertising, telemarketing, and all the other activities managed by a well-run office. He or she must be able to use computers and understand office procedures.

Good math, English, communication, accounting, and financial skills are needed also. Post high school education is a plus. The Administrative Assistant must be able to deal with people in a polite and professional manner. Sales experience is also a plus as it is a big part of the job for office workers.

Production Helper

The Production Helper will be performing strenuous, physical work, so he or she must be able to lift heavy objects and not have respiratory problems. The helper will also be willing to work in hot, uncomfortable environments and should not be hypersensitive or allergic to soot, dust, animal hair, mold, cleaning chemicals, etc.

Helpers will be working in people's homes. Therefore, he or she must be able to resolve frustration and conflict in a constructive manner, be tactful and polite to customers, and must be willing to wear uniforms. Basic arithmetic skills, ability to operate and maintain equipment, ability to read street maps, and basic interpretive skills are also required of the production helper. A background in the retail, service, or construction industry is helpful.
